Marsha, a single mother and true Nebraska Democrat, is struggling to make ends meet despite her best efforts. Her life is nothing short of a disaster, and she has failed everyone she loves, especially her daughter. Regrets of missing the chance with the man of her dreams constantly torment her.

 

If only everything could change...

 

On a particularly horrible day, she makes an otherwise unimaginable decision. Yet, fate would have it this was her chance. Driven by an unlikely friend, she tries to win back her man. But can he get over the pain she has caused him? And would she garner the courage to face that gothic tower looming overhead?
